Today I'm throwing it back to an old staple recipe that has followed me for the last 10 years. A true midwesterner at heart, Hidden Valley Buttermilk Ranch is one of my favorites. So when I found an amazing recipe online that included it, I was thrilled!
But one feeling every celiac knows well is heading to the ingredients list only to find that four of the six items have gluten. So I decided to wing it.
Thankfully, it worked!
And from then on my family asked me to make it constantly. We struggled trying to find food that satisfied both the entire family and the celiac, so this recipe bridged that gap for us. I hope it may do that same for at least one of you!
